Zoë teaches and supervises across undergraduate ProductDesign, postgraduate Design Innovation, and Master of Research programmes.

Zoë maintains industry-focused work in the field of service and systems design, with a focus on design for participatory democracy and sustainable systems change.

Her research centres on social design methods for democratic participation and community engagement within sustainable land development, in particular decision-making structures. She is currently involved in the research project Design Innovation and Land Assets.
